Harvey has been a Colorado attorney for over 25 years, and a licensed real estate broker for over 15 years. Harvey’s law practice focuses on real estate law as well as probate and estate planning matters. This focus has given Harvey two and a half decades worth of deep knowledge regarding the intersection of decedent’s estates and real estate. Harvey’s real estate brokerage focuses on probate and trust dispositions of residential real estate. He brings these two specialized areas of practice together in Flatirons Real Estate Group, LLC to provide clients confidence that their transaction will be handled professionally, in a timely manner, and without any of the headaches that are often associated with selling a decedent’s property. Eleanor Williamson
Eleanor is a photographer and marketing expert, with the design knowledge to find you a perfect home, or sell yours seamlessly and easily. After two years in the marketing department at Spyder Active Sports, she spent five years art directing at Colorado Homes & Lifestyles Magazine. This job brought her knowledge on design and architecture trends in Colorado, the intricacies of neighborhoods and how they are evolving, and an eye for what is possible in a great renovation. She now runs her photography business, Be Boulder Photography, and marketing for Flatirons Real Estate, LLC full time.
